Shipping and returns

We ship to US addresses.

Orders ship within 2 business days, by USPS. You get the tracking number by email when yours ships.

Shipping is $6 an order, and free on orders of $50 or more.

You can return anything unworn and unused within 30 days of delivery, with its tags on. Write to us first and we'll send you the address. We refund what you paid for it once it's back. Shipping isn't refunded, unless we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged.

Signed and one-of-one pieces are final sale.

Something arrived damaged or wrong? Write to us within 30 days with a photo, and we'll put it right.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and reach it in 5 to 10 business days.

Every signed piece in the shop was signed in front of someone from Foos App.

Each one comes with a card carrying its certificate number. The same number is on your receipt, and anyone can check it here.
