Training Lab
Shooter’s-eye training: five holes, two blockers (goalie center + one 2-bar man), continuous defense. Put your phone in landscape above a real goal for Gap Snap — fire the open look on the table and call your own hit. Hand-eye first; technique second.
Gap Snap
Phone above the goal. Shoot the open hole.
Live wall: named defenses glide across five holes. Coach cues whisper the look (long spray, short ¼, center). You shoot on the table.
Flash Read
One glance. Then decide.
Temporal occlusion — the defense flashes, then disappears. Train glance-reading so a real setup still registers under pressure.
Flex Trap
Don’t bite the bait.
Go / no-go control. Defenses flex to fake open lanes. Wait for a real, stable gap — then snap.
